The promotion, which lasts until November 30, features the participation of nearly 500 enterprises with more than 1,000 locations.
After the opening ceremony, the “Tourism Promotion Festival” is taking place from November 4-6 at Ly Thai To Flower Park, featuring 60 pavilions by nearly 40 aviation, tourism and entertainment enterprises.
Consumers will have a chance to purchase tours at promotional prices, such as the Hoa Lu–Trang An tour in Ninh Binh at a 50% discount and 40% discounts for domestic and international tours by the Viet Travel company.
The festival is expected to contribute to promoting the growth of and raising the demand for tourism in Vietnam, particularly in Hanoi, in the next few months. In addition, it is also attracting more visitors to the pedestrian streets around Hoan Kiem Lake.
On the occasion of the event, the organising board will launch “Golden Promotion Days” from November 12-13 by opening 32 golden promotion revenues at major malls and supermarkets in the capital. The event will offer consumers high-quality and low-priced Vietnamese goods at discounts of up to 50%.
Another event that is expected to attract the attention of numerous visitors will be “Credit Festive Day” from November 18-20. Consumers will receive incentives when registering to open credit cards at banks and those making payment via ATM cards will be offered discounts and refunds.
The “Golden Promotion Fair,” which is scheduled from November 25-29 at Hanoi’s Quan Ngua Sports Palace, will close the 2016 Hanoi Sales Promotion Month. The fair will feature over 200 pavilions displaying high-quality products in all fields with discounts of up to 50%. Notably, during the busy hours of 9am-11am and 4pm-6pm every day, consumers will join incentive programmes and receive special gifts at booths collaborating with the organising board.
