On March 09, Vice Chairman of the PPC Le Quang Thich and leaders of departments, agencies and Ly Son district listened to the presentation of Saigontourist Company about its proposed project of Ly Son – Sai Gon Tourism.
Accordingly, the project will be located at Cau cave and coal residues plain in An Hai commune, Ly Son Island and will be divided to two main functional areas, including hotel area and bungalow area.
The total accommodation will be about 101 rooms on an area of nearly 10,000m2. The hotel will also include restaurants, spa and gym, karaoke, swimming pool, pool bar, play-ground for children, etc.
At the meeting, participants pointed out advantages and disadvantages of the island as well as the project’s area so that the investor will consider carefully all the project’s works.
Speaking at the meeting, the PPC’s Vice Chairman Le Quang Thich highly appreciated the investment idea of Saigontourist Commpany in Ly Son Island and assigned department of Planning and Investment to be the key unit in the coordination with the investor during the Project’s preparation and implementation.
Saigontourist needs to create more tourism products in order to attract a big number of tourists to the Island, Thich stressed.
