According to the announcement, to implement the Land Law passed by the National Assembly and taking effect from the date of 01/07/2014, the Prime Minister issued Directive No. 01/CT-TTg on 22/01/2014; in which, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung asked the ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies attached to the Government, Presidents of People’s Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to urgently prepare the conditions for implementation of the Land Law.
Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for developing and implementing the program of legislation dissemination, education on land and raising awareness of policies and laws on land for agencies, organizations, household, individuals and residential community; especially for ethnic minorities.
