Organizing art exchanging program with some foreign artists

(Cinet)- Decision No.3809/QĐ-BVHTTDL on November 03, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism relates to organize the art-exchanging program with some foreign artists.

Based on Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Regulation No.79/2012/NĐ-CP on October 05, 2012 of the Government regulating art performance, fashion show, beauty contest, recording; Regulation of foreign affairs fo Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism attached with Decision No.83/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No.1973/QĐ-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; proposal of heads of International Cooperation Department, Arts Performing Department and manager of HCM city’s Music Academy. Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows HCMC’s Music Academy to pick up and organize the art exchanging and performing program with 06 foreign artists from Russia, France, Japan, America and Thailand.

The program will take place on November 11-14, 2015 and on November 15, 2015 at the concert hall of HCM city’s Music Academy.

The Music Academy is responsible for the content of the program.
