Based on Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Decision No.2978/QĐ-BVHTTDL on August 30, 2013 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about promulgating Regulation to book works of literature and arts; Official Dispatch No.115/CV-HNV on October 23, 2015 of Vietnam Writers’ Association relating to adjust Regulation to book some works of literature and arts; Report on September 08, 2015 of the Council and requirement of head of Arts Performing Department.

Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to promulgate according to the Decision to book some works of literature and arts according to Decision No.844/QĐ-TTg on June 01, 2011 of the Prime Minister.

The Decision takes an effect since the signing day and replacing Decision No.2978/QĐ-B VHTTDL on August 30, 2013 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
