600 provincial party members introduced the 19th Provincial Party Congress’s Resolution

​On March 9, Provincial Party Committee’ Secretary Mr Le Viet Chu introduced the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress to 600 provincial party members, being office’s leaders coming from departments.

​Provincial Party Committee’s Secretary Mr Le Viet Chu highlighted the success of the 19^th Provincial Party Congress (term 2015-2020) and reviewed some achievements and shortcomings, experiences in the implementation of the 18^th Provincial Party Congress’s Resolution.

As deploying the targets and missions under the Resolutions of the 19^th Provincial Party Congress, the Secretary expressed that ​the overall objectives for the period 2016-2020 would be that the province determined to promote the strength of the whole people; rapid economic development , sustainability , consistency with social and cultural development; improve the material life and spirit of the people; push up the management and rational use of natural resources and environmental protection; maintain national defense and security; and strive to become an industrial province.

The development of industry; the construction of infrastructure system specially urban and traffic infrastructures; and the improvement of human resources would be three breakthrough missions in the period, he said.

The key tasks would be the development of agriculture, the development of new countryside; the decrease of poverty stable and sustainable; the development of tourism, marine and island economy; the improvement of administrative mechanisms.
