Accordingly, the Minister summarized at the working day as follows:
An industry of culture, sports and tourism in Tay Ninh has overcomed some difficulties and gained some positive changes in 04 fields of culture, sports, tourism and family. Tay Ninh province fulfilled some important contents such as restoring and protecting the relic site; investing into some architectures of basic culture; increasing more quality of the campaign ” All people unite into building cultural life”; fulfilling master plan to develop tourism in Tay Ninh up to 2020 and an orientation of 2030; Plan to develop tourism zone of Ba Dien mountain up to 2020 and vision of 2030; enhance to propagandize and promote tourism; fulfilling sports development master plan in Tay Ninh up to 2020 and vision of 2030; increase more quality of sports campaign at school…In general, the industry implemented well some politic tasks, which contributes to meet some demands of spiritual values for people in socio-economic development of the province.
The Ministry proposed that the Provincial Committee; People’s Council and People’s Committee at the province directs as follows:
– Implementing well Resolution No.3101/TB-BVHTTDL on June 09, 2014 of the 9th seminar of the Standing Board in term XI about building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet sustainable development; Resolution No.102/NQ-CP on December 31, 2012 of the Government to promulgate Action Program in Resolution 102/NQ-CPon June 09, 2014; Resolution No.102/NQ-CP on December 01, 2011 of the Politburo to enhance to leadership of the Party and Resolution No.102/NQ-CP on December 08, 2014 of the Government about some measures to develop Vietnamese tourism in the new periods; Direction No.14/CT-TTg on July 02, 2015 of the PM to enhance the State management and some strategies and plans to develop the industry.
– Studying and opening cultural cooperation with some provinces and cities in the region and the whole country, especially international exchange and cooperation.
– Directing to increase more effectiveness of the State management of the industry, especially administrative reform and legal education.
– Proposing the province to increase quality of human resource in the industry.
About detail proposals of the province:
Investing into some cultural construction in the province: the Ministry approves for proposing the province according to Decision No.14/CT-TTg on January 09, 2013 of the PM and establishing Project to send the Ministry for approval.
– Entrusting Department of Planning and Finance to collect and associate with Cultural Heritage Department to propose expense for installing and fulfilling the construction in 2015-2020 periods.
About infrastructural material investment in Mekong river: The Ministry proposed that the province should create more condition and use an effective capital.
About supporting for restoring relic site of the Southern Vietnam: proposing Tay Ninh Province to establish the Project and send to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for consideration
Proposing the Tay Ninh province and Ministry of Defence to make a report for consideration and decision. The Ministry proposed the province to continue to manage and reduce a downgrading situation at the relics.
Accepting for a proposal to build Cultural Center in Duong Minh Chau district.
Proposing Tay Ninh province to establish the budget for investing into building Training Center of Sports in the province and sending to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for a consideration.
About profession:
The Ministry entrusts Cultural Heritage Department to continue to direct and support Tay Ninh to establish the Document for recognizing ” Banh trang phoi suong” village as national intangible cultural heritage; proposing Tay Ninh province to fulfill other dossiers; entrusting Basic Cultural Department quickly to fulfill Joint Circular about relevant policy of mobile information at all levels; approving for adjusting and protecting the relic site of landscape and history in Tay Ninh.
About sports: entrusting the Mission Department of the South supported Tay Ninh to organize some training course of swimming.
About tourism: proposing Tay Ninh to study and consider to establish the Management Board about protecting the relic and developing tourism; entrusting General Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage Department for studying. The Ministry also approves for allowing and adjusting the Project of Ba Den mountain into tourism development.
