Customers inspect clean vegetables on sale at the Saigon Green Fair last weekend in HCMC’s District 1. Most items sold at the market are organic or vegetarian products and meet Vietnamese Good Agriculture Practice (VietGAP)

The flea market was turned into reality from the idea of Dao Le Dieu Yen and Le Van Anh who used to study and work in the environment field.

The market session last weekend featured 50 stalls of enterprises, individuals and non-profit organizations.

Apart from domestic products, the market sells goods imported from Italy, Japan, India and Malaysia
