(Cinet)- Recently, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has promulgated Decision No.540/QĐ-BVHTTDL on February 25, 2015 to honour HCM awards and the State awards about literature and arts 2016.
The Plan aims to select some works, constructions about literature and arts in order to submit to the President for honouring some titiles of HCM award and the State award.
Accordingly, the progress consists of:
1. The Council at the basic level: the Council at basic level in some provinces and cities; some associations of literature and arts.
2. The Council at the State level
3. The Council at the State level;
4. Informing some results of the Council at the State level
5. Fulfilling Document to submi to the Prime Minister for honouring the HCM award and the State awards about literature and arts in 2016
6. Organizing the honouring awards
