The Ministry of Transport and the People’s Committee of Da Nang City held the inauguration ceremony of the three-level rail and road flyover on March 29.
The 2.5-km long and 65 meter high bridge has a capacity of carrying 30 trains, 5,000 cars and trucks, 10,000 motorbikes and 80,000 bicycles cross path every day.
It has the ground floor and two floors with four lanes on each way of traffic. The new work is expected to ease traffic congestion and reduce the number accidents.
The traffic work Hue junction flyover was opened on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Liberation Day of the city.
