Many cultural, art, and sport activities will take place in Hai Duong province before, during, and after the 2015 At Mui Tet Nguyen Dan (Lunar New Year of the Goat).

The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism is organizing an entertaining sport tournament on lunar December 28 evening, exchanges and performances of martial arts on lunar January 3 evening at Doc Lap square, and a family sport tournament on lunar January 6 – 8.

An art program to celebrate the Party and Lunar New Year at Doc Lap square and dragon and kylin dance on some major streets are to be held on the lunar New Year’s Eve.

The provincial Arts and Performance Organization Center is implementing a special art program to welcome the lunar New Year’s Eve at Bach Dang park and an art show on lunar January 3 evening at Doc Lap square.

Musical performances of the provincial Cheo (traditional operetta) Theatre are to take place on the Sat river on the lunar New Year’s Eve.

The provincial Museum is to open the Pottery and Porcelain Exhibition House and the provincial Gymnasium is to organize exchanges of badminton, tennis, football, volleyball, dancesport, and cockfighting on lunar January 2 – 5.

The provincial Table Tennis Center is holding table tennis exchanges on lunar January 4 and 5.

All of the above-mentioned activities are to take place in Hai Duong city.

The provincial Film Distribution and Cinema Center is to hold a mobile film projection week on lunar January 5 – 11, etc.

There will be many cultural, art, and sport activities in districts, the provincial town, and the city on the Lunar New Year occasion. Meanwhile, Party and Lunar New Year celebrations will be held in communes, wards, and district towns.
