Hanoi proposes for firework show on Nhat Tan bridge Related image(s)
| Director of the Hanoi city Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism To Van Dong on January 20th said that the department proposed the city People’s Committee to shoot firework on Nhat Tan bridge. Mr. Dong said that the city allowed people to admire the beauty of the bridge. Therefore, the department had an idea to turn the bridge into a tourist and cultural destination for tourists to the capital. However, this proposal will be further discussed at a meeting on January 22nd. Nhat Tan bridge (Source: hanoimoi.com.vn) Earlier, at a meeting in December, 2014, the Hanoi city People’s Committee informed that it will let off fireworks in 30 places on 2015 Lunar New Year’s Eve (February 18th, 2015), including five high-range displays and 25 low-range displays. High-range fireworks displays will be set off from Hoan Kiem lake (Hoan Kiem district), Thong Nhat park (Hai Ba Trung district), Lac Long Quan flower garden (Tay Ho district), Van Quan lake (Ha Dong district), and My Dinh national stadium (Nam Tu Liem district). The low-range fireworks will be held in 25 districts in the city./. |
