Organizing arts program “Happy new year 2015 – Voice of Thang Long- Hanoi”

(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has promulgated Decision No.3015/QĐ-BVHTTDL on September 16, 2014 about organizing arts program “Happy new year 2015-Voice of Thang Long-Hanoi”.

Document is based on Regulation No.79/2012/NĐ-CP on October 05, 2012 of the Government regulating performing arts, fashion show; beauty contest; recording business; foreign regulation of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgated in Decision No.83/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 of Minister of the MOCST and Decision No.1973/QĐ-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 of Minister of the MOCST.

Accordingly, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allowed Vietnam Temporary Arts Theatre and MOV Media Cooperation to pick up some international artists and organize arts program “Happy New Year 2015 – Voice of Thang Long, Hanoi” on December 31, 2014.

The program aims to honour some historic and cultural values of Vietnamese people in some past periods, especially some typical values of Hanoi. Through that, the program expresses Thang Long voice and their own beauty.
