Shane Filan will sing his most famous songs during the “You and Me Tour Live in Saigon” show scheduled for September 16 at Ho Chi Minh City’s Cargo Bar, 7 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 4.
Organized by Indonesia’s Marygops Studios and Ho Chi Minh City-based Saigon Sound System, the event is part of Filan’s tour to such Asian countries and administrations as Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong.
The Vietnam concert will feature Filan’s most well-known songs such as “Everything to Me,” “About You,” and “Knee Deep in My Heart,” which were all included in the 35-year-old singer’s premiere solo album “You and Me” released in November last year.
Tickets of the show, whose price ranges from VND500,000 (US$24) to VND3 million ($141) each, are currently sold at http://bit.ly/1vqQLKA.
Shane Filan started his solo career after Westlife announced its separation in 2012. He had experienced a difficult time in the same year as he went bankrupt and incurred a debt of 18 million pounds ($29 million) due to the collapse of the real estate market.
Five-member Westlife band which was formed in 1998 included Shane Filan, Kian Egan, Nicky Bryne, Mark Feehily, and Bryan McFadden. The band had a concert entitled “Gravity Tour” at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi in 2011.
