(Cinet) – As many of 100 items such as as bags, hats, vases, cradles, and jewellery made by Venezuelan people will be displayed at an exhibition which will open in Hanoi from July 8-14.
The exhibition will give Vietnamese people an insight about the mixed culture of the Latin American country.
These items were made of various materials, from stone, wood and bark to crocodile bones.
Apart from the exhibition, a workshop looking into the making of handicrafts of the Warao people – a native group in Venezuela will be held on July 11.
The event which will run at the Vietnam Exhibition Center for Culture and Arts until July 14 as part of the Venezuelan Culture Week in Vietnam to celebrate the 25th founding anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic relations.
