Photo contest on Vietnamese land and people launched

All Vietnamese and foreign photographers are encouraged to participate in the 6th photo contest titled “Vietnam – Country – People” which has been launched in Hanoi.

The contest is being held by Vietnam News Agency’s Pictorial Magazine in co-ordination with Vietnam Artistic Photographers Association to promote the landscape, country and people through the lens of the amateur and professional photographers.

The photographs featuring Vietnamese heritage, ethnic minority groups, people giving outstanding performances, country’s development and Vietnam’s sea and islands can be sent to the organizing board at 79 Ly Thuong Kiet street, Hanoi. Entries may be submitted at the website http://bit.ly/1kACMwW until August 31.

The awarded and selected photos will be published in the Pictorial Magazine. The contest is held to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the first publication of Pictorial Magazine in October./.
