On the festival day, there are many fascinating exchange-programs. Specifically, the subject “Each book with one dream” in the program of exchanging books with readers became the focus of attention among many young readers. The Provincial Library encourages them to raise their thoughts through reading books with interesting questions. In addition, there is an exchanging program “The Internet with youths and women”, the picture-drawing competition for children with the theme of Childhood Colors, creating an exciting playground … , which encourages young readers to create the habit of coming to read books in library.
