Vietnam to develop management and leadership internship programme

Nhan Dan – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired a meeting in Hanoi on March 24 to discuss the possibility of a management and leadership internship programme in ministries, central and local agencies.

According to the draft proposed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), the pilot project will apply to a number of positions such as deputy ministers and heads of departments in ministries, agencies, organisations and administrative units of the Party, State and Government from central to local levels.

Addressing the meeting, Deputy PM Phuc asked the MHA to collect feedback before submission to the Politburo for consideration.
