Nhan Dan Online – A glass processing factory using German technology was inaugurated in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province on March 3 by SADO Group, one of the top glass manufacturers in Vietnam.


The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) invested VND500 billion (U$23.5 million) into the factory which is designed with a capacity to process 18 million metres square per year of glass.


Produced at the factory are superior products such as tempered glass, laminated glass, insulated glass and ceramic printed glass.


The entire manufacturing process is run automatically with professional management software.


Speaking at the ceremony, Politburo member and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, Nguyen Thien Nhan expressed his hope that this new factory will facilitate the development and raise the competitiveness, of the glass production industry in Vietnam.


SADO Group General Director Nguyen Cong Chinh affirmed that the factory will meet the domestic market’s increasing demands and satisfy standards for export abroad.
