The Belgian trio Samir Barris will bring their music to Vietnamese audiences through concerts in Hanoi, Hue and Ho Chi Minh City from March 15 to 19.
The group comprises guitarist and vocalist Samir Barris; violinist, harp player and back vocal Margaret Hermant, and contrabass player and back vocal Nicholas Yates.

Music of the band is inspired from beautiful poems of renowned poets Baudelaire, Hugo, Verlaine, Lamartine and Vian.


Lead vocal Samir Barris has released two albums and also been known in Brussels for children’s songs.


The concerts will take place at Hanoi Youth Theater at 8:00 pm on March 15, Hue’s Maison de la culture at 8:00 pm on March 17 and HCMC’s IDECAF at 8:00 pm on March 19.


Limited free tickets will be released at the Wallonie-Bruxelles Delegation in Vietnam at 360 Kim Ma Street in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi; Maison de la culture at 65 Tran Hung Dao Street in Hue and IDECAF at 31 Thai Van Lung Street in District 1, HCMC from March 3.
