Thousand to join fun run to be held by RMIT in HCM City

HCM CITY (VNS) — More than a thousand people are expected to lace up their running shoes for RMIT Vietnam‘s third annual Fun Run on March 9 in HCM City‘s District 7.

The five-kilometre course starts at 8am at the RMIT Saigon South Sports Field.

The event, which aims to create a healthy activity to burn off everyone’s excess energy after a long Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday, will involve lots of other activities on the day including a fun warm-up session, live entertainment and lucky-draw prizes.

It is open to all students and staff of RMIT University Vietnam as well as students from other local universities and high schools.

Runners can register at sgs.sports.recreation@rmit.edu.vn between February 24 and March 7. — VNS
