The cold air mass is likely to directly affect areas in Hai Duong on the morning of February 18.

Effects of the cold air in combination with westerly winds aloft will cause light rain, drizzle, and sometimes heavy showers in the province in the coming days. Slight fog will occur early in the morning in many areas.

It will turn very cold and even damaging cold on some days. The lowest temperature will range from 8 – 10 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature from 12 – 14 degrees Celsius.

The cold spell may last 3 – 4 days.
