Addressing the inauguration ceremony of GFT Vietnam Co., Ltd.’s factory producing and assembling children’s toys in Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) on February 20, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Bui Thanh Quyen affirmed that Hai Duong always creates the best conditions for enterprises investing in the province to effectively carry out production and business activities.
Mr. Quyen highly appreciated the investor’s efforts in deploying and implementing the project in the context of many domestic and international economic difficulties.
The fact that the factory was completed and officially put into production and business will contribute to diversely developing production industries, providing jobs and raising income for laborers, increasing budget revenues, and developing the local socio-economy.
GFT Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise headquartered in Hong Kong (China).
The factory producing, processing, and assembling children’s toys in Tu Ky was built on an area of 13.2ha with an investment of USD16 million.
After three years of construction, the company completed the first phase and put the factory into production and business in the third quarter of 2013.
Recently, the company continued to finish the second phase of the project.
After put into operation, the factory will create jobs for about 4,100 laborers with average income of VND3.5 million/ person/ month.
