According to Mr. Sang: “His device takes advantages of wind as it could blow away rice seeds, the seed sowing part is about 9-10 m in width and capacity of 80-200 x 1000m2/day, suits for large scale fields and co-operatives. The machine can also play in Sparse sowing mode, by running faster or reducing its speed of seed sowing.”

The new rice sowing machine is far better than conventional devices as it spends not too much time to fill the rice seeds. Its tank can contain 2 bushels of rice seeds that is enough to use for 2,000-3,000 m2. The “made in Tu Sang” machine is expected with the price of 22-24 millions VND. The cost can be reduced by haft if the user has existing tiller.

Mr. Tu Sang has never been attended any mechanical class, he is well-known with inventions involving to free labors, such as rice rake machine, rice packing machine and etc. He received “Shennong Star” award (2009) by Vietnam Central Farmers Union and Labor Medal Third Class by president (2010).
