The building is located on Pham Cu Luong street, An Hai Dong ward, Son Tra district, Danang city. Despite being fairly narrow with a total width of 4 metres, the building stands at 33 metres tall. Architects have divided the building into three storeys. The first floor is used as a coffee shop, the second floor for accommodation, and the third floor for relaxing. The inside of the first floor looks spacious. With bricks decorating the walls, trees are used to create green space. The steel staircase also increases the space. The second floor has been arranged into a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The house has a classical style that is both simple and charming.
