The market will introduce some of the unique cuisine of Dien Bien province to visitors with over 60 pavilions The main streets in Dien Bien Phu city have been colorfully adorned with flags and flowers. More than 1,000 banners and billboards have been installed on the major roads in the city. Information about the festival has been printed and displayed for visitors and residents Visitors can participate in pack-horse contest at the event Electricity workers monitor the power grid in the area to ensure the event runs smoothly with no disruption From the beginning of March, visitors have come to Dien Bien to see some of the historic relics from the Dien Bien Phu campaign According to statistics from the Museum of Dien Bien Phu Victory, the number of tourists visiting the historic relics of the battle of Dien Bien Phu during the first quarter of this year is estimated to have reached 87,000. This is including more than 3,000 foreign arrivals.
