US travel agencies to survey Vietnam’s tourism

The US Travel Association will survey Vietnam’s prominent tourism products to introduce and promote them in the US market, reported the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

The move is sideline activity of the 2017 Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM) – Hanoi, organized from April 6th to 9th.

Accordingly, the association will coordinate with leading travel businesses, television and press agencies to conduct the fact-finding tour.

Specifically, the US Travel Association and Vietnam Tourism Association will sign a cooperation agreement opening more prospects for enterprises of the two countries to exchange tourists, and intensifying tourism development.

Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam Tourism Association Vu The Binh said that VITM will feature the theme “Hanoi – the destination of Vietnam’s tourism”, contributing to promoting tourism and attracting more and more foreign tourists.

The event will include the first Vietnam International Street Cuisine Festival with the participation of numerous countries and territories which is expected to promote the country’s unique cuisine among foreign tourists./.
