(VOVworld) – Bai Dinh Pagoda festival will take place from the 6th of the first lunar month. This is one of the largest festivals in the north.

It will include a Buddha worshipping ritual, and a parade to pray for peace and happiness for the nation and people. Monk Thich Minh Quang from Bai Dinh pagoda:“We have prepared a lot of calendars and best wishes papers to offer visitors for free. Guidance service will be provided for visitors so that they could travel in the correct sequence. Lanes for pedestrians and electric cars will be defined to facilitate pilgrims.”
The Huong Pagoda festival will open on the 6th of the first lunar month this Friday. The pagoda is expected to welcome up to 1.5 million visitors this season, generating 100 billion dong of revenues to the state budget. The local district will benefit from the proceedings for reinvestment to make sure that Huong Pagoda will become an attractive place of visit.
