The “Cuisine of the Southern Reclamation” buffet featuring hundreds of South Vietnam’s dishes will be held at Binh Quoi Tourist Village 1 in Ho Chi Minh City’ Binh Thanh District from December 16-18.

The event is aimed to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the cuisine program. Binh Quoi Tourist Village, a subsidiary of Saigontourist Holding Company, has organized the first “Cuisine of the Southern Reclamation” buffet program in December, 1998 to mark the 300th anniversary of Saigon-HCM City.
The event has become one of the most favorite venues for families, particularly overseas Vietnamese and international tourists in the city over the past 18 years.
The weekend buffet will introduce more than 100 delicious dishes of the Southern region and include many cultural activities, such as reproduction of a countryside market and the living in the rural area, traditional music performances, folk games and others.
