TripAdvisor.com, an American travel website, has revealed the top 25 museums in the world according to their Traveller’s Choice awards, and the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam is among them.

The museum was established on September 4th, 1975, and was called ‘Exhibition House for United States and Puppet Crimes’. On November 10th, 1990, it was renamed ‘Exhibition House for Crimes of War and Aggression’. On July 4th, 1995, the museum was named ‘War Remnants Museum’.
The War Remnants Museum is at No.28 Vo Van Tan road, in District 3, Ho Chi Minh city. It primarily contains exhibits relating to the Vietnam War, but also includes many exhibits relating to the first Indochina War involving the French colonialists.
