The proposal if adopted would also greatly streamline Vietnamese citizens’ entry to Russia and their exit from the country in connection with international large-scale athletic, cultural, scientific and business events.
Russia and China have had an intergovernmental agreement on visa-free tourist travel within organized groups of tourists (via travel agencies) since 2000.
