PANO – The Communist Party of Vietnam online newspaper in association with relevant units held an art performance “Truong Sa (Spratly) Spring 2016″ at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace in Hanoi on March 26th.
During the event, audiences enjoyed songs in praise of the country and its seas and islands, performed by local famous artists.
In addition, the organizing panel and sponsors presented gifts including saving books and gratitude houses to naval soldiers, and Radar Station 29’s troops stationed in Son Tra peninsula in Da Nang city.
The program was to honor naval soldiers, who are protecting the national sovereignty over the seas and islands day and night, as well as served as a spiritual bridge between the islands and the mainland.
