HN destined for 4th Int’l Film Festival

VGP – The fourth Ha Noi International Film Festival (HANIFF) will be held in Ha Noi in Q4, according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The Ministry assigned the Viet Nam Cinematography Department and relevant agencies to host the event.

Earlier, at the third HANIFF in 2014, 30 films from 32 countries and territories were screened, including two Vietnamese feature films, 12 short films, and 24 films in other categories.

The ‘Best Feature Film’ was awarded to Russian film ‘Two Women’ with the ‘Best Actor and Actress in Leading Roles’ for Anna Astrakhantseva.

Viet Nam’s Film ‘Flapping in The Middle of Nowhere’ (Dap canh giua khong trung) won the special award.

The third film festival offered 190 film shows for 30,000 viewers./.
