Nearly 700 young people partook in a ceremony “Young People with traffic culture 2016″ held by the Quang Ngai Youth Union and the provincial steering aboard of traffic safety on December 31.
The program aims to strengthen the campaign “Youth with traffic culture”, increase traffic regulation and improve people’s awareness especially amongst young people, students, thereby contributing to decreasing traffic accidents and maintaining the local traffic order-safety.
On this occasion, the organization board offered 09 scholarships worth VND 300,000 each and one helmet to pupils whose relatives were injured in traffic accidents.
After the launching ceremony, more than 700 youths paraded on some main streets of Quang Ngai city to propagandize the campaign.
