VGP – The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MoCST) on August 14 in Ha Noi launched a photo contest and exhibition themed “Discovering Viet Nam,” as part of the tourism promotion program to introduce the beauty of Viet Nam’s landscape, culture, tradition and people to domestic and international friends.
The photo contest and exhibition enable new, unique trends of creation which display the country, tourism, landscape, culture, people, and gastronomy to lure more visitors to Viet Nam.
The MoCST hoped that the photo contest and exhibition would attract numerous professional and amateur photographers.
All Vietnamese citizens and foreigners are invited to send photos on island tourism, cultural tourism, heritage (including customs and practices, gastronomy), ecological tourism, and city tourism.
Each author can send five arts works in less than 3MB size from now until October 30, 2015.
The organizer will present one first prize; two second prizes; three third prizes; and five encouragement prizes.
