(Cinet)- Vietnam Farmer’s Union and Ministry of Cultue, Sports and Tourism approves for an associating program to enhance some activiites of culture, arts, family, sports and tourism in 2015-2020 with some basic contents as follows:I. Purpose

Increasing more quality and effectiveness of the associating program between the Union and the agency of culture, sports and tourism to build basic cultural life; implementing some criteria to develop culture at the commune to create more foundation for cultural develop in the countryside; building healthy cultural environment; keeping and develop some traditional cultural values; fulfilling a system of cultural mechanism to create more chance for cadre and peasant to participate into some activities of culture, family,s prots and tourism.

II. Requirement:

1. Increasing more awareness of cadres, members and peasant about position, meaning and role of culture, family, sports and tourism for agriculture and countryside to promote industrialization and modernization progress.

2. Organizing to train some basic knowledge about culture, family, sports and tourism for cadres and peasant.

3.Enhancing material infrastructure and cultural construction to promote some activities of culture, family,

sports and tourism.

4. Studying and proposing the Party and the State some policies to help peasant access culture, family, sports and tourism.

III. Content1. Propagandizing and launching to build cultural life in the countryside

a. Task

– Continuing to implement content of program 127/CTPH-HND-BVHTTDL on September 18, 2009 and Plan No.960/KHPH-HNDVN- BVHTTDL ngày 22/12/2011;

– Increasing more awareness of cadres, members and peasants: Building cultural family; cultural village; building cultural life in the countryside;

-Informing some results, experiences and ways to build cultural life in the countryside

b. Approach to implement:

– Continuing to collect and edit document ” Making question and answering cultural life in the countryside”;

– Organizing some seminars, dialogues to build cultural life in the countryside for cadre, member, peasant in the living-people community;

– Enhancing to associate with some media agencies to post news, photo to build cultural life in the countryside.

2. Training course to build cultural life, sports in the countryside

a.Task: Increasing more awareness of cadre at the Union

– Opinion, approach of the Party, policy and law of the State about developing culture in the countryside;

– Skill to propagandize some members and peasants to build cultural life in the countryside

b. Approach to implement:

Organizing a training course about building cultural life in the countryside; skill to build cultural family and village.

3.Directing to build ” Commune to get cultural countryside”

a. Task: Up to 2020, 50% of the commune get cultural commune as a regulation of the Ministry.

b. Approach to implement:

-Associating with some agencies to build new countryside in some provinces and cities for Project

” Commune gets cultural countryside”.

– The Union, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs the Union and Office for Culture and Information to promote to direct and train skills for cadres

4. Organizing some art competition, sports festival and festival of culture, sports and tourism of the areas5. Organizing some activities of culture and tourism in the countryside6. Family and campaign ” All people units into building cultural life
