PANO – 14 sports teams with more than 1,000 athletes from 32 provinces and cities in the South have taken part in the 9th National Sports Festival for Ethnic Minority Groups 2015, in Kon Tum province.
During the five-day event, the participants competed in various categories, such as men’s football; women’ and men’s volleyball; women’ and men’s tug-of-war; women’ and men’s crossbow shooting; and women’ and men’s walking on stilts.
As a result, 49 sets of medals were given to athletes with good results. First, second, and third team prizes belonged to Dak Lak, Kon Tum, and Gia Lai, respectively.
