On March 6^th, the 13^th Party Congress of Suoi Bac commune, Son Hoa district is officially commence. The unit is elected for the typical grassroots Party congress for the term of 2015-2020.

Gradual development in Suoi Bac commune

During the past 5 years, Suoi Bac Communal Party Committee has constantly consolidated and enhanced the leadership, fighting competence of the grassroots Party organizations; the leaders successfully implemented the tasks of socio-eco development. With this effort, throughout many years, Suoi Bac Party Committee was awarded the title of a typical strong and clean Party committee by the Standing Party Committee in Son Hoa district.

With the confirmation that human is an important factor contributing to the “success or failure”, Suoi Bac Communal Party Committee and Government are interested in training and planning staff. Accordingly, annually, local leaders review, supplement planning and plan training staff in accordance with the process, the actual conditions, ensuring publicity, democracy, based on the criteria on virtue, talent, legal liability, personal qualities and the trust of the people. Implementing the direction on rejuvenating the staff by the Steering Party Committee in Son Hoa district, annually, the communal leaders set up plans and send staff for training and retraining. So far, most of the staff planned the leadership and management positions for the next term have been standards as prescribed.

Properly assessing the local potential and advantages, Suoi Bac Communal Party Committee led to implement the economic restructuring in the right direction, consistent with the local soil conditions, creating many specialized production areas with some plants with stable yield and high economic value such as sugarcane, sesame, cassava, corn and watermelon… The local production basis of industry, handicrafts-services has been developed and production scale has been expanded…

The campaign “All people are united to build up cultural life” has attracted widespread of strata involved. The task of poverty reduction has been also focused… So far, the commune has gained 8 out of 19 criteria of new rural construction. In 2014, the whole commune has 160 labors with stable employment…

According to Mr. To Phuong Bac, the Secretary of Suoi Bac Communal Party Committee, until now, all tasks for the Congress have been prepared. Mr. Van Kim Dung, the Party Committee’s Secretary of Tan Phu village, Suoi Bac commune, lets known: “With the great political events, the people here are delighted, excited and proud of the achievements, we will stand up for ideological consistency, facing the distorted allegations by enemies; we will be united to build our hometown- Suoi Bac with increasing prosperity and joyfulness to welcome the Party Congress at all levels”.
