Lam Dong, Binh Thuan welcome large number of visitors during Tet

Hundreds of thousands of locals and foreigners toured to Lam Dong and Binh Thuan destinations during 10 days of Tet holidays.

Tourists poured in the country’s destinations hit a record high during Tet holidays. On February 23, Da Lat’s flower garden welcomed 12,400 visitors, bringing total tourists of 45,000. Over 40,000 visitors headed to the city’s Lovely Valley.

According to Lam Dong department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, during Tet, the province welcomed 220,000 tourists.

The department of Culture, Sport and Tourism of the South- Central province of Binh Thuan said during 9 days of Tet, 75,500 visitors toured to this province. The figure includes 22,000 foreigners.
