HCMC to welcome New Year with fireworks display at eight places

Ho Chi Minh City will let off fireworks at eight spots in the city on the lunar New Year’s Eve on Wednesday–February 18.

Two high range fireworks will be performed at Sai Gon River Turnel in District 2 and Go Vap District Cultural Park.

Low range fireworks will be displayed at six other locations including National Cultural and Historical Park in District 9, Ben Duoc Memorial Temple in Cu Chi, the Nga Ba Giong Memorial Area of Heroic Martyrs in Hoc Mon, Lang Le-Bau Co historical relic site in Binh Chanh, Dam Sen Cultural Park in District 11 and Can Gio football course in Can Gio.
