Film week celebrates CPV’s founding anniversary Related image(s)







A film week in celebration of the 85th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3rd) and the lunar New Year 2015 will take place from January 30th to February 5th nationwide.

Accordingly, the two feature films “Thau Chin o Xiem” (Thau Chin in Thailand) depicting Nguyen Ai Quoc’s activities during a year in Thailand, and “Nguoi tinh nguyen” (The volunteers) and a documentary “Nhung nguoi cong san” (The Communists) will be screened during the week.

The event will be held by the Department of Cinematography under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Cinema Association Film Studio, Feature Film Studio Company No1, the National Documentary and Scientific Film Studio Single Member Limited and the National Cinema Center.


It aims to provide the public more knowledge of history, culture and national sovereignty and territorial integrity under CPV’s sound leadership; educate the historical tradition; promote love for the country and pride of the nation./.
