Snowfall again in Sapa VietNamNet Bridge – Snow began falling from the Hoang Lien peak to O Quy Ho Pass and spilling down to the town of Sapa today morning, February 19. Snow on O Quy Ho Pass is thickest at about 5-7cm.

Particularly, the temperature is only 5-7°C in some mountain districts like Bac Ha, Sa Pa and Bat Xat. It is only 1 to minus 1 degree Celsius in some areas of Sapa town.

This morning, an interesting natural phenomenon, white snowflakes, began falling in Sa Pa. According to local residents, snow stretched from the Hoang Lien peak to O Quy Ho Pass and began to spill down to Sapa town at 5am.
This is the first snowfall in Sa Pa in 2014.
