Two thieves’ attempt to steal a Honda SH scooter parked in front of a fashion shop in Xa Dan St., Hanoi, was foiled by shop clerks and neighbors.
One of them was arrested and identified as Pham Van Tuan, 43, who already has four previous convictions.
