Approving Plan to compile Document to serve book and newspaper in cultural house

(Cinet)- Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has promulgated Decision No.3774/QĐ-BVHTTDL on November 12, 2014 to approve for Plan about compiling Document to serve book and newspaper in cultural house in some communes.

The Document aims to organize some activities to serve book and newspaper in some cultural houses of the commune. From that, some cadres at the provincial cities can use them to participate into training some cadres of the commune and create more foundation for cadres of the commune to organize some activities for cultural house of the communes.

Implementing sectors: Library Department and General Company of Vietnam Post office.

Library to supply document: Public library: 63 provincial libraries; 652 libraries of the district and Post office of the commune in a form of an associating program No.430/CTr-BVHTTDL-BTTTT on February 04, 2013 between Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Ministry of Information and Communication to enhance some activities to serve book and newspaper in cultural house in 2013-2020 periods.

Main tasks: Name of the compiling document: Guideline to organize some activities to serve book and newspaper in cultural houses with 50 pages and 14,5cm x 19,5cm; Printing amount: 5000 pages.

Progress: on October, 2014: Approving for Plan; a detail outline of the document; fulfilling Draft at the first time; on January, 2015: Compiling the Draft and collecting the document; on February-March, 2015: printing and publishing.
