(Photo by HL) On September 29, in Hanoi, the Party Central Committee (PCC) Commission of Popularization and Education held a ceremony to present the Labour Order of the State President to cadres of the Commission for their outstanding contribution to the cause of building socialism and national defence. At the ceremony, on behalf of State President, Dinh The Huynh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and head of the PCC Commission of Popularization and Education presented the first-class Labour Order to Pham Chien Khu, former Director of the Institute for Public Opinion Surveys.
