VietNamNet Bridge – Tourists find the Tra Su indigo forest in southwestern An Giang Province an exciting place to visit because of its scenery and delicious cuisine.
Located in Van Giao Commune, Tinh Bien District, An Giang Province, Tra Su is a typical flooded forest in the Southern region.
With an area of 845 ha, Tra Su is a home of about 140 plant species, 11 mammal species and 23 fish species, including rare species with a great value in science.

Visitors can hire motorcycles or bicycles at the Management Board of the forest to take a sightseeing tour of Tra Su indigo forest, but boats are more interesting to use.
With approximately VND250,000 (including price for boat and meal) for two people, visitors can take a memorable trip and enjoy delicious dishes of the river region. Otherwise, it costs only VND50,000 if excluding meals.
Travelling Tra Su forest on xuong ba la (small boats used by southern people) is an exciting experience for many people, especially foreign tourists.
