(Cinet) – Unique arts program between music and heritage will be introduced to the public on October 11 in Quang Ninh.
The concert in Dau Go cave (Wooden Stakes Cave) with a participation of nearly 20 artists will take place in Ha Long bay, Quang Ninh to bring people a simple art program.
Dau Go Cave (Wooden Stakes Cave) was found on the same name island, about 6 kilometers from Bai Chay wharf, Halong. This is the biggest and also the most beautiful grotto on Halong Bay. Dau Go Cave was created in Pleistocene epoch around 2 million years ago. The cave is 27 meters above the sea level. The entrance is 12 meters wide and 17 meters high. Inside the cave is a huge space with the size of 5.000 square meters. The height of the dome is 25 meters.
Entering the cave, tourists will discover a magnificent world of stalactites and stalagmites which are the result of karst process in a long period. They are presented in various sizes and shapes. They seem like lively statues, reliefs about nature and people on Ha Long Bay. These masterpieces of the Creator will certainly be very impressive to visitors coming to Ha Long, especially when accommodated with mysterious light.
People can enjoy concert program without any supported sound. As known, the stage is built by wooden in a space of about 200 audiences.
According to a chairman of Vietnam Musicians Association, Do Hong Quan, Dau Go cave will become a unique concert hall with a system of a natural sound without providing more sound. Also, the cave is one of some natural and cultural heritages recognized by the UNESCO. On 20 year celebration for a title of world heritage, organizing the concert in the cave create more meanings.
With a space of nature and music, the concerts program promises to bring the seers a feeling of music and heritage in Vietnam on October 11.
