The launching ceremony (Source: qtv.vn) On October 16th, the northern Quang Ninh Provincial Association of Literature and Arts launched a contest on creating literature and arts works on soldiers, on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of Vietnamese People’s Day (Dec.22). More than 40 members from a variety of associations including literature, music, fine arts, stage and cinema in the province will participate in the event. The Organizing Board will divide the 40 members into eight groups to conduct field trips to localities.Qualified works will be updated on Ha Long Newspaper. As many of 100 photos and 50 fine art works will be selected for an exhibition on soldiers to be held in mid-December./.
