(Cinet)- Cellist Zoe Martlew from England, violist Atle Sponberg from Norway and Vietnamese pianist Nguyen Bich Tra will come together for a concert at the Nguyen Hien Dinh Theatre in Da Nang city on August 11.
The event, called Danang Chamber Music, is co-organised by Center for event – holiday Organization and Danang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. It will be the biggest concert by foreign artists ever held in the central city.
Pianist Nguyen Bich Tra is known as Tra Nguyen, one of the country’s most promising pianists, Tra graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow Conservatory in 1997. In 1999, she completed an advanced performance course at the Royal Academy of Music in London and continued her master’s degree at the College of Music and Media there. She has performed in Europe, working with prestigious studios and producers such as Toccata Classics, Radio Four Hongkong, Sterling CDs and Ars Produktion.

In the framework of the event, a exchange program entitled “Learn the skills to play chamber music” will be held on August 12.
It is expected to inspire the young Vietnamese musicians to set and achieve higher goals in their career.
