Approving for Fine Arts Development Plan up to 2020 and an orientation of 2030

(Cinet)- Prime Minister has promulgated Decision No.1253/QĐ-TTg on July 25, 2014 about Fine Arts Development Strategy up to 2020 and an orientation of 2030.

Accordingly, developing fine arts aims to invest into training human resource; fulfilling a system of training sector and material infrastructure to create more conditions for some painters and sculptor to write some works of arts values and enhancing education and propaganda to increase more awareness of the society.

Also, developing a human resource ensures a balance of some industries; increases more quality for lecturers and cadres in some schools and institutes; develops to study fine arts in a regional and international country.

Also, developing fine arts encourages creation of fine arts product to serve consumption demand; builds museum of fine arts in Hanoi and Da Nang.

To build some targets, it is necessary to fulfill mechanism, policy; develop human resource; invest into material infrastructures and educate and increase more awareness of the work and developing cooperation.

The Plan is one of some measures to maintain and develop some values of fine arts and build some values of fine arts.
